Think of weight normalization instead of weight loss. As your body is able to better repair and eliminate toxins you should notice your clothes fitting better, less pain, less bloating. Reducing toxins helps to reduce chronic inflammation. That’ s just one of the ways this approach helps you feel better now, and later. You ’ll learn to recognize which foods if any are likely inflammatory for you. Inflammation underlies all chronic illness. Reducing inflammation is always a priority.

These 5 key focus areas create a multiyear, life – changing, personal growth experience for most people on this path. It ’ s the experience of layers of old heaviness stripping away from the body. I ’ve described my personal experience as ascending out of murky water, as though I couldn ’t see which way was up while I was underwater , and now I can see the way out. If you ’ ve ever had brain fog, that sensation of the fog clearing is like the dawning of a new life.

The brain does come back on line like a new day dawning. Changes are often slow. Weight loss often stalls. Too often students become frustrated because they are focused on following an eating strategy perfectly, yet not getting the desired results.

This is why I don ’ t teach diets for weight loss. The right diet for your optimal weight is the right diet for your optimal biochemistry.
As your body heals it functions better. When it functions better your weight can normalize to the right amount. Long term fat loss happens very slowly over time, but when it ’ s lost naturally, slowly, it’s not regained easily. For me this slow steady fat loss has been imperceptible on the scale. It ’s averaged to about a pound a month. Not a pound per week, but only one pound per month. I didn ’t mind because at the end of 2 years I ’d dropped 20 lbs of fat (confirmed by BodySpec scan) while never actually being on a diet. This is the kind of result I want for you.
